With Chanhee’s comeback in less than a day’s time, Zelo knew the amount of time the elder had on his hands with their show as limited. He didn’t mind, of course, but it didn’t mean he wasn’t disappointed. Zelo was the prime example of someone who wanted to act out the role of an adult; he was by far the youngest on the show, in his family, and also his second family, B.A.P; so what better was it that he received the mission to take care of the youngest baby in the group of kids assigned? Zelo had no qualms with being a parent for two weeks and he certainly didn’t mind the fact that he was paired with Chanhee, but to be fair, he did speak his mind to the management in regards to the topic.
The rapper slid his long slender fingers through his red locks and pursed his lips. The sigh was stuck in his throat as he peered down at his phone. No new messages, figures. The vocalist was probably busy which made sense considering his comeback was literally less than a day away. Zelo knew the feeling of nervousness and the constant anxiety problems he would face before going on stage; it didn’t matter how many times he’d done it or performed, the grief of being uneasy was always going to be there. On the bright side, his alter-ego made things much better. Having someone to share the discomfort was always nice – Fallen Zelo certainly made sure of that and maybe it was because they had no choice since they were stuck in one body but hey, there were more advantages than there were disadvantages so everything worked out fine, really.
It was just slightly awkward on Zelo’s side because Fallen Zelo’s feelings were mixed within his own. Never had he seen Teen Top’s Chunji in that way until Fallen Zelo came about and resided in his body. Sure, he admit he found the other cute when they worked together that one time during their end of the year performance stage but other than that, they never really interacted much. Their music was different too so Zelo never found the reason to contact the other for any reason. Whether or not Fallen Zelo’s impact on him was a good thing was another thing all together. He didn’t complain because he felt no need to but it was a little odd considering the redhead never thought of himself as such a person. He’d always assumed he’d find a nice girl one day and settle down with her eventually but with his troubling feelings towards the vocalist, it made things hard to get by and certainly more than enough to get his mind boggled in more ways than one.
The male looked through his contact list before sending a message to his hyung.
Hey, Chanhee~ I’m here. Text me when you get here. I’m in the lobby.
Well, might as well make the best of it.
The lights were shut off completely. A mob of fair platinum stood by the bright doorway with a grim expression. Was he...
