Kris smirked. “Oh he didn’t tell you. Everyone else that got the same anon command has gotten it taken away. I took Chanhee to the person who got rid of it for all of us and he did the deed. That month of engagement is no more. He isn’t yours now.”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Zelo started with a scoff. “But Chanhee’s mine for this month. He loves me, not you~”
Chanhee was about to refute with an angry slap to the shoulder and then some when he was literally hit in the head with some unseen force. Chanhee’s eyes widened, and if it wasn’t for Zelo’s hand on his back, he would’ve probably fell flat on his back. It felt like his head was just pummeled to the ground, something heavy pushing down on him; the white-haired male grit his jaws and shut his eyes. It hurt. It hurt so much… His fingernails dug into his skin, deep enough to draw blood, but his body felt too numb to feel any of it. Just when he thought the pain was going to rip him apart, everything went black.
Zelo found himself panicking the minute Chanhee froze up in his arms. God help him, he wasn’t even sure what was happening; all he knew was that Chanhee was in some kind of pain and he couldn’t do anything to prevent it. Zelo kneeled and quickly put his hand over the man’s head in case there was a fever or something. There wasn’t anything he felt which probably added to his panic. What was causing Chanhee discomfort?!
“Y-Yah, h-hyung,” he stuttered; it wasn’t often he addressed the elder in such a manner but Zelo was too scared to comprehend what he was saying actually. “Hyung, are you okay?!”
His mind shut down, of course and the minute it did, his other conscience surfaced.
“Chanhee? Did that stupid witch get you also?” Zelo muttered and sighed, knowing fully well that Chanhee wasn’t going to be awake for at least another hour or two. Well, at least he could rest in peace knowing that his Chanhee was by his side now. But to be honest, he never expected Hyuna to send Chanhee to this side considering she favoured him so much. Curiosity peeked at this point, making Zelo oddly confused over what might’ve happened on the other side but he supposed he was just a tad bit lucky to have his Chanhee back in his arms.
“I’ll see you when you wake up, I suppose…” he said before picking the man up and returning back to their shared house.
